PAYMENT & SHIPPING
The prices that you see mentioned with our products include VAT. Shipment costs are added when you finalize your order. You can pay by Paypal, Creditcard or Ideal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, creditcard or Ideal, let us know by sending an email including your order to email@example.com. We will send you an invoice so you can pay us via bank payment. As soon as we’ve received your payment, we will send you your order.
We ship all around the world!
All items will be shipped within a week. Items shipped within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL and usually get delivered within two days; items shipped within Europe can take up to two weeks; items shipped to the rest of the world can take up to three weeks. Please note that this delivery time is approximate and we are not responsible for any delays or defaults by the courier service.

Shipping is at your own risk. We'll send your order via PostNL and use a track and trace code. Your order is packaged carefully in a flat box using extra filling to avoid damage. If you want extra insurance or fast shipping, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible and not an agent for the collection of taxes and customs duties established in the recipient's country. If your parcel is delayed, is damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact the courier service with your track & trace code.
Due to COVID-19 it can be that transport options are sometimes limited. We see a delay in the delivery time as a result.
