If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.
Please know that we can only accept items that are complete, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Have you met these requirements, please follow the next steps:

1. It’s important that you let us know about returning your order via email at hello@marieanneboer.com so that we know when to expect the package.

2. Print and fill out te return form. Click here to download the return form.
​
3. Put the item(s) in the original packaging, seal it and add the return form to the package.
The shipping costs for the return are yours.

4. Send the package to the following address:

We only accept returns within 14 days when they are solidly packed and are paid for with sufficient shipping charges. // Unfortunately we can not be responsible for missing returns. // We are not responsible and can’t pay for returns that have not been send with sufficient shipping charges. // As soon as we’ve received your package and confirm that the product is not damaged, we will refund your money. Please note: we can’t refund your money when the 14 days after delivery have passed. // Custom of personalized items cannot be returned.
