Marie-Anne Boer Design designs illustrations and items based on outdoor experiences. We sell our products via our webshop. To make shure you have a positive shopping experience in our webshop there can be situations in which we collect information about you.

Why do we save your information?
We collect some information about you so that you can buy products from us in our webshop and we can send you an invoice for these purchases.

Delivering your order
When you place an order with us we ask you for your name, email address, address, payment information and your phone number. With this information we can deliver your order and keep you updated about your order. We only give your information to others when needed, for example to our shipment company.
Your account
In your account on www.marieanneboer.com, we have the following information stored about you: your name, address(es), phone number, e-mail address, shipping and payment information.
We do this because you then don’t have to fill out this information every time you place an order with us. We will also keep information about your previous orders so that you can easily find it again. Is your data incorrect or do you want to remove your details, please let us know so that we can remove your details.
Newsletter
We have a newsletter that you can sign up for. In this newsletter we will inform you about new projects and discounts. Have you signed up for the newsletter and no longer wish to receive it? Please send us an email at hello@marieanneboer.com

You have the right to access your saved details, adjust them of have them removed (after legal obligation to save). In order to do so you can send us an email at hello@marieanneboer.com. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
